I found this image on Pinterest and loved it!*       Kintsugi is the Japanese method of repairing broken pottery with lacquer and precious metal.  The philosophy behind Kintsugi is that by visibly repairing, rather than disguising flaws, the object’s history is recognized.  Such a wonderful concept!  What if instead of trying to hide pain and brokenness, we embraced imperfection?
